What is the weight limit?
40 kg to 110 kg. You are weighed at the site and the figure is written on your hand — it decides which cord you jump on, so it is not negotiable.
Can I jump if I wear glasses?
Take them off and leave them with the crew. Contact lenses are fine.
Who cannot jump?
Anyone pregnant, or with a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, recent fractures or a neurological condition. The screening at the site is the final word.
Do I get a refund if I back out on the platform?
You can take as long as you need on the edge. If you walk back down, most operators refund part of the fee — the exact policy is the operator's, and we confirm it when you book.
